Men’s Football is one of the most popular and successful teams at the University of Birmingham. We currently have 3 teams that play in the BUCS Championships on a Wednesday afternoon, and a team that plays in the MUL league on a Saturday. The 1st team plays in the highest league possible, the BUCS Northern Premier where we finished second last year and are aiming to go one better next season! The 2nd and 3rd teams play in the BUCS Midland conferences and will be looking to improve upon their success this year. We currently have two coaches who both have very strong links with Birmingham City FC Academy so the level of the football is very high. We aim to have a squad of around 50 players for the coming season and are looking forward to the new intake of players and having another successful season in 2011-2012.
