Karate is an ancient martial art, good for increasing fitness and confidence. With two styles of karate on offer, our club incorporates competitive and non-competitive elements of the art with opportunities to compete. There are four training sessions available per week, led by experienced instructors providing valuable self-defence training. Our classes are rewarding, flexible and great value for money. We are a friendly club with a lively student base and plenty of socials to enjoy.
