The University of Birmingham Squash Club is one of the most successful and active sports clubs in the university’s history, and the club caters for squash players of all standards from complete beginners to professionals. An active membership of student, staff and community players take part in everything from weekly club nights, to internal leagues, fun social events and competitions, and have members represent the University in local and National Club competitions. Additionally the University fields a professional team in the Premier Squash League so there really is something for everyone. Within University BUCS competition the University currently have four men’s teams and three women’s teams who all train under the guidance of head coach Jonathan Tate on a weekly basis, and have four Men’s and one Ladies team that competes in local league competition.
