We’re out and about on campus for our third Thrive roadshow of the year offering a FREE muscle/weight analysis, blood pressure and BMI check drop-in session.
This time in our free drop in session we are offering a weight/muscle analysis - along with the all important blood pressure checks as well as Body Mass Index - on Wednesday, August 10 from 11am-3pm in the Noble room Annexe, on the second floor of staff house.
Some people find themselves doing all the right things; exercise, healthy eating, but are struggling to notice a difference in their physique. To optimise weight management, you need to understand your own current physical make-up and this is where weight and muscle analysis is needed.
The Thrive team use state of the art analysis equipment that establishes your overall percentage of body fat, as well as its distribution around your body. This is useful as it not only tracks changes that you have made, but also changes that need to be made.
So whether you are beginning a new regime, or even if you have an existing exercise programme, you can begin to look at how to make positive changes to maximise your health and well-being.
Blood pressure checks are so important all attendees will be having one of these for free too. Some people just don’t bother with blood pressure checks, but if high blood pressure is left untreated it can lead to heart disease and other illnesses.
