The University of Birmingham Athletics Club in association with RLF invites you to join the 10th annual 3K campus relay race.
The relays take place in within the luscious environment of the University of Birmingham's Edgbaston campus, with a back drop of the original redbrick; you can be in high anticipation to race round such beautiful scenery whilst helping your team in your ambitions to be crowned the University of Birmingham campus relay champion for 2010. What can also be expected is the luxury of a traffic free route!
Each leg of the relay is 3km, women's and mixed races start first at 1pm and both are comprised of 3 legs. The Men's race starts at 1.45pm and is comprised of 4 legs. The mixed race allows you to be as creative as you like from having a team made up of both men and women, fancy dress or even a 'multiple legged' race!
We encourage you to bring a merry band of supporters with you, as there will be food, drinks, cakes and more available to purchase during the races and after, plus if you've still got some energy afterwards, there is the opportunity to party with the rest of the University at the Guild of Students Fab 'n' Fresh in the evening*!
Women: £15 per team, 3 x 3km, start 1pm
Men: £20 per team, 4 x 3km, start 1.45pm
Mixed: £15 per team, 3 x 3km, start 1pm
