Gym and swim membership is available to all at £84 for 16 weeks - which is equivalent to £5.25 a week.
When you sign up, we'll supply you with a complementary participant pack including lots of goodies*.
We'll even throw in a complimentary mini health assessment incorporating a blood pressure check, body mass index and muscle/weight analysis with one of our approachable staff.
