You can come along with your friends, or do what many people do and come along to make new friends. With over 80 classes a week, you’re sure to find one that’s just right for you. Choose from the following class types: Dance, Toning, Aerobic and Holistic.
Once you’ve tried one, you’ll be coming back for more!
