Exercise programme
A personal exercise programme is just what you need to monitor your progress and really focus on achieving your goals. If your goal is to increase your strength, lose weight improve your fitness, or recover from injury, University of Birmingham Sport's qualified staff will tailor a programme specifically for you, based on your objectives. Your programme can be updated every 6 weeks to ensure that you reach your aims. 30 minutes, £15
