Sylvia Allison, USB's Memberships Administration Assistant Manager won the Hospitality & Accommodation Services OSCAR (Outstanding Customer Awards Recognition Scheme) for Manager of the Year.
Sylvia has worked at the University for 19 years and is delighted to win this award, thanks her team for all their support & says she couldn't have done it without them. Bess Evans, Facilities Manager of USB says "Sylvia’s major strength is her adaptability and flexibility. She can think outside the box, she delivers solutions not problems. The last two years have seen the Administration team double, efficiency levels treble and our surplus go up and up."
