On Saturday, May 26, the University of Birmingham Sport (UBSport) Archery team hosted the BUTTS Outdoor Championships at Metchley Lane, and it proved to be a home advantage as the team came away with five individual gold medals and one team gold to end a memorable day.

Saturday May 12 represented the culmination of a year of hard work for the University of Birmingham Sport (UBSport) Lifesaving club as they triumphed at the final League meeting of the season, and took home 5 medals to capture a league double.

As the season draws near to a close, the University of Birmingham Sport (UBSport) cycling team have edged closer to the British Universities and Colleges Sport (BUCS) title, following two memorable weekends for the team. 

University of Birmingham Sport (UBSport) triathlon team travelled to Wiltshire to compete in the British Universities and Colleges (BUCS) Sprint Triathlon Championships on May 6, and in doing so, came away with a team silver medal. 

The University of Birmingham’s hockey team claimed victory in the final of the Investec Women's Cup (hockey's equivalent of the FA Cup) on Sunday, convincingly defeating Surbiton 4-1. In doing so they became the first University team to win the championship.
