Try A Sport Courses are introductory courses led by qualified coaches offering guidance on skills, rules and techniques as well as giving you the opportunity to get active, meet new people and have fun!

Book onto our courses
The courses run weekly and last for 2 term.
You will learn the rules of the sport and progress your skills and techniques throughout the duration of the course.
Turn up at any point during the term and give a sport a go in one of our Drop In sessions.
You'll be taught the basics and then given an opportunity to get more game time and further develop your skills.
