University of Birmingham Sport's gym, housed on campus in Edgbaston, at the Munrow Sports Centre, consists of an extensively equipped fitness suite and dedicated free-weights room, providing our members with one of the most well-balanced fitness facilities available.
Located on the lower floor of the Munrow Centre, our award winning gym contains the latest cardiovascular equipment and a comprehensive range of resistance machines. The dedicated free-weights room is fully equipped with Olympic lifting platforms, Olympic plates and bars, and all the free-weight stations needed to achieve any fitness goal.
The gym is staffed by our approachable fully qualified Thrive Health & Fitness team. Our team provide award winning health and fitness advice and services, plus a friendly and safe environment for all of our members to enjoy.
