Sport Scholarships - University of Birmingham Sport

The University of Birmingham sport scholarship scheme was established in 1994, with the aim of assisting talented student athletes reach their sporting potential whilst at university. Since its beginning, the programme has supported over 300 individual athletes from over 25 different sports. University of Birmingham Sports Scholarship programme is one of the best in the UK, providing a comprehensive package of support and financial benefits to meet the needs of the individual athlete. The Scholarship programme has now grown to support five schemes:

• University of Birmingham Sport Scholarship Scheme (UBS)
• Talented Athlete Scholarship Scheme (TASS)
• Royal & Ancient Golf Performance Programme
• Paul Weston Triathlon Scholarship
• Physics Sport Bursary
