If you’ve always wanted to try a sport but have never got round to it, or left a sport years ago and fancy picking it up again, then these courses could be right up your alley. It offers guidance and advice on skills, rules and techniques whilst taking away the need to find a team to play with.
Sport doesn’t have to be competitive – Try Sport is the developmental side of sport and can be great for building skills, making friends, getting active or just for fun!
These courses are available to students and staff of the University of Birmingham and community members of the Munrow Sports Centre.
